Account Deletion Policy

You may delete your account through the 2ndlyne application by navigating to the Settings menu and selecting the “Delete My Account” option.

Please be advised that upon account deletion, all associated data, including call logs and text messages, will be permanently erased. This process is irreversible.

Once your account is deleted, your 2nd Line number will be released and cannot be recovered. Consequently, you will no longer be reachable via this number.

You may also choose to cancel any active 2nd Line subscriptions.
